uLogic Launches Business Logic For Digital Infrastructure
Industry veterans launch purpose-built CPQ platform
DALLAS – September 4, 2025 – uLogic, a newly formed software business launched by two veterans of the digital infrastructure industry, today announced the availability of the uLogic platform, software built from the ground up to provide the commercial foundation to provide digital infrastructure operators and investors greater visibility, financial controls, and better business outcomes.
uLogic’s founding team includes two cloud and data center industry veterans who have built platforms that have set industry benchmarks and contributed to exceptional enterprise valuations. Chief Executive Officer Randy Rowland has more than 25 years of leadership across digital infrastructure, cloud computing, software, and managed services. A visionary operator and executive, he played a pivotal role in the evolution of digital infrastructure, from the early days of enterprise hosting to the launch of the industry’s first secure enterprise cloud computing platform. Rowland has held executive roles at VMware, Terremark, Cyxtera, Meriplex, and Cirion, and helped bring to market foundational offerings that have shaped the industry.
Chief Technology Officer Mani Subramanian has led the development of some of the most forward-looking software platforms in the industry, leading high-performing engineering teams responsible for architecting platforms that seamlessly combine elegant infrastructure automation with deep commercial insights. At uLogic, Subramanian and team are translating infrastructure complexity into structured software, delivering the clarity operators need to optimize performance, profitability, and long-term outcomes.
The foundation of the uLogic platform is a business data model that encodes 25 years of operational experience into commercial software built specifically for the complex needs of digital infrastructure companies, while integrating seamlessly with existing business systems.
“Generic platforms are built to solve one process well, for any business. That one-size-fits-all approach brings with it significant implementation costs and operational complexity”, said Rowland. “We’ve built the uLogic platform specifically for digital infrastructure businesses. It embeds the commercial, financial, and operational logic that maximizes performance post-commissioning. uLogic delivers clarity that data center operators, cloud providers, hosters and MSPs can act on and investors can trust.”
Available at launch are two foundational modules. Deal Designer brings quoting, product logic, and financial modeling together to ensure every new contract meets operational and financial targets. Revenue Optimizer extends that logic to existing contracts and customer renewals. Coming soon after launch, Platform Manager lets teams manage site and platform-level capacity and costs to optimize returns across a company’s entire infrastructure footprint.
The uLogic team will attend upcoming industry events over the coming months including DCAC Live in Austin and PTC’26.
